Warehouse Workers for Ishøj – Join Our Team

Are you ready to be part of an engaged team? We are currently looking for full-time warehouse workers for our customer Hans Høj Lagerinventar.

Hans Høj Lagerinventar, a company specializing in handling large items such as pallet racks, storage racks, and other warehouse equipment, is looking for 1-3 warehouse workers to join our team on a Try & Hire basis.

The company handles the packing, assembly, and shipping of products. We are a team of 8-10 warehouse employees and 6 office staff, with a mix of permanent and temporary employees. Our warehouse team is diverse, including Polish and Ukrainian staff, and the culture is all about teamwork and helping each other, especially during busy times. We have a strong focus on lifting together as a team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

There is a fair amount of assembly work, as we screw together pallet racks and storage racks before delivering them. This will be the first task a new employee will take on. Other tasks in the job will be to secure goods with steel bands and prepare pallets for shipping by wrapping them with plastic and applying labels. In addition to this you will perform various tasks such as warehouse cleaning, floor sweeping and inventory checks as needed.

We are looking for you who

• have some previous experience with working in a warehouse or other physical jobs (e.g., landscaping, construction work).
• can communicate proficiently in English
• has a flexible-, diligent-, and efficient approach to your work.
• it is an advantage if you have a fork-lift certificate, but it’s not a requirement.

You will be employed in a full-time temporary position, working 37 hours per week. Your shifts will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday until 3:30 PM). We offer an hourly wage of 153 DKK/hour (base salary of 140.37 DKK + 9% flexible benefits). The temporary position is initially for 3 months, but with good opportunities for permanent employment afterward, if there is a mutual match.
