Supply Chain Specialist – Join an International Team

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist position at a leading international company in Copenhagen. This is a temporary role through StudentConsulting, with the potential for extension.

About the role:
As a Supply Chain Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers. You will coordinate all activities from order collection to invoicing, ensuring seamless communication both externally and internally while addressing customer-specific needs.

Your key responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for communication with your assigned customers
• Proactively managing customer relationships
• Order processing and invoicing
• Handling customer claims and credit notes
• Internal and external communication regarding customer-specific issues
• Customer-specific reporting and other related tasks
• Establishing structured collaboration with logistics, sales, and other internal stakeholders

We are looking for:

We are looking for someone who:
• Has the ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards
• Understands supply chain processes, particularly the order-to-cash process
• Has experience working proactively, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative
• Possesses strong communication skills
• Has a good understanding of IT – experience with SAP is a plus but not a requirement
• Is fluent in English; knowledge of other Nordic languages is an advantage but not essential

Practical information:
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week
• Location: Copenhagen
• Salary: Fixed base salary + pension + discretionary benefits
