Finnish Supply Chain Specialist for L’Oréal

On behalf of our client, L’Oréal, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join L’Oréal’s Operations department in Havneholmen as soon as possible. This is a temporary 9-month position through StudentConsulting, with the possibility of extension or direct employment at L’Oréal for the right candidate

Your Role:
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers in the Finnish market. Your responsibilities include coordinating all activities from order collection to customer invoicing while ensuring smooth communication both externally and internally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned customers
• Proactively managing customer relationships
• Processing orders and invoices
• Handling customer claims and credit notes
• Managing internal and external communication regarding customer-specific issues
• Preparing customer-specific reports and performing other relevant tasks
• Facilitating structured communication and collaboration within logistics, sales, and other internal stakeholders

We are looking for:

• You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize tasks efficiently, keeping deadlines and service standards in mind
• You have a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes, especially the order-to-cash process
• You are proactive, take initiative, and are results-oriented
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are IT-savvy; SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory
• You are fluent in Finnish and English; proficiency in another Nordic language is an advantage but not required

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Employment Type: Full-time (37 hours per week)
• Location: Copenhagen
• Salary: Fixed basic salary + pension + discretionary benefits
